Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered products across client engagements. You will translate business strategy into AI-enabled solutions, define roadmaps, and manage end-to-end product delivery with cross-functional teams.

Travel to client sites will be required at times. Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in AI/tech consulting or equivalent, GenAI tool fluency, and strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI-powered product development and strategy.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into AI-enabled product concepts.
• Willingness to travel globally (up to ~80%).

Responsibilities

• Define AI product vision, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
• Lead agile delivery across teams, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Own product quality assurance and ensure outputs meet requirements and regulatory standards.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with client stakeholders.
