Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Workforce Modernization team in Houston. You will design enterprise change strategies, coach leaders in AI-enabled transformation, and drive stakeholder engagement to embed new ways of working.

With 5+ years in change management and a focus on AI-enabled outcomes, you will deliver learning experiences and use diagnostics to ensure adoption while collaborating across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management experience, with demonstrated mastery in leading complex change initiatives and AI coaching.
• Deep knowledge of agile change management methodologies; certifications (PROSCI/ACMP) are beneficial but not required.
• Experience using AI tools, automation and emerging technologies to enhance change delivery and outcomes.
• Ability to coach stakeholders and teams on effectively leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-level change strategies integrating behavioral insights, AI-supported analysis, and tailored interventions.
• Deliver AI coaching and mentor change leaders for an AI-enabled environment.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to align sponsors and teams.
• Develop AI-enhanced learning experiences and capability-building programs.
• Anticipate and mitigate resistance using data-driven insights and diagnostics.
• Establish and track adoption, proficiency, sentiment, and learning metrics.
