Job summary

Brivo is seeking an Instructional Designer to lead design and delivery of AI fluency training for employees and customers. You will assess skill gaps, build structured upskilling programs, and adapt reseller content for end users.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs and product teams to ensure accurate, relevant AI content and scalable training solutions. You will create engaging content (learning videos, microlearning, job aids) and drive assessments, dashboards, and LMS updates to

Qualifications

Experience applying ADDIE to design and deliver learning programs.
Proven ability to develop AI-focused training content and upskilling.
Experience with multi‑modal trainings (e-learning, video, microlearning).
Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Design internal AI training curriculum from foundational literacy to role-specific skills.
Lead ADDIE lifecycle for AI-focused elearning content.
Collaborate with SMEs to identify upskilling needs and priorities.
Create storyboards and course design documents with clear objectives.
Develop engaging content (elearning, videos, microlearning) using authoring tools.
Measure learners’ ability to apply AI concepts on the job and adjust content accordingly.
Publish and manage AI courses in the LMS and monitor adoption.
