Job summary

Incyte is seeking a senior AI Engagement & Design professional to architect AI-enabled training and coaching for the U.S. commercial field, driving learning impact through advanced analytics and innovative digital capabilities.

You will lead design initiatives with Sales Training, Coaching & Leadership Development, Field Analytics, Sales Reporting and IT/Data teams, ensuring AI solutions are practical, compliant, and deeply integrated into enablement workflows.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Sales Enablement, Digital Strategy, Performance Consulting or related fields with AI/ML deployments.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI (LLMs), prompt engineering, and analytics for behavioral change.
• Experience in US commercial pharma/biotech or MedTech with regulatory and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-enabled training innovations for onboarding and continuous learning.
• Create AI-supported coaching tools to improve consistency and effectiveness of leadership development.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases for training and coaching, including diagnostics and simulations.
• Collaborate with Sales Training, Coaching & Leadership Development, Field Analytics, Sales Reporting, and IT/Data teams.
• Lead pilots of AI-enabled training tools and scale successful implementations.
