Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using ADDIE to design and deliver training programs.
• Proven experience creating AI-focused learning content and using Generative AI tools.
• Proficiency with Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Proficient with Camtasia or similar video creation/editing tools.
• Experience managing LMS content (LearnUpon or similar).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Track record in designing upskilling or capability-building programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage an internal AI training program with curated curriculum.
• Execute ADDIE lifecycle for AI-focused elearning content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify AI upskilling needs and priorities.
• Ensure AI content accuracy as tools evolve.
• Create storyboards and course design documents.
• Develop engaging content (elearning, videos, microlearning, job aids).
• Create assessments that measure application of AI concepts on the job.
• Update content based on feedback and tool changes.
• Launch and manage AI upskilling content in the LMS and track adoption.
• Provide ongoing updates to courses and resources.
• Research AI tools and best practices to keep content current.
• Conduct needs assessments for end-user training and tailor reseller content.
