Job summary

Figma is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to build and operate the Internal AI Tooling program. You will partner with Product and Engineering to translate roadmaps into coordinated, secure, and scalable capabilities across teams including Security, Legal, Data, IT, and Procurement.

The role emphasizes creating clarity through lightweight governance, ownership, and measurable outcomes while guiding programs from intake to release and handoff in a fast-moving, ambiguous

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management or equivalent experience in cloud, SaaS, or internal tools contexts.
• Experience leading complex programs across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Data, and Business Systems.
• Ability to translate roadmaps into integrated plans with clear ownership and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Translate PM roadmap into integrated program plans, milestones, release schedules, and ownership.
• Manage execution of Internal AI Tooling roadmap across technical and business teams.
• Operationalize intake and routing with defined problems, outcomes, delivery paths, risks, and owners.
• Establish lightweight planning cadences: program reviews, dependency reviews, decision forums, release-readiness reviews, updates.
• Maintain an integrated view of dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions; drive resolution.
• Coordinate security reviews, legal/procurement milestones, data dependencies, and vendor commitments at the right stage.
• Ensure releases have acceptance criteria, ownership, support processes, and runbooks before handoff.
• Provide reporting on delivery health, adoption readiness, operational performance, and impact.
