Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to build and run the program operating system for our Internal AI Tooling portfolio.

Reporting into the CIO PMO and embedded with Product and Engineering, you will translate an emerging roadmap into coordinated, secure, and scalable capabilities used across the company — bringing together Security, Legal, Data Engineering, IT, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management or delivery in cloud/SaaS/enterprise tech
• Experience leading complex programs across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Data, and Business Systems
• Ability to translate product roadmaps into integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to establish lightweight governance
• Ability to influence without direct authority in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Translate the Product Manager’s roadmap into integrated program plans, milestones, and ownership
• Manage execution of the Internal AI Tooling roadmap across technical teams and stakeholders
• Operationalize intake with defined problems, outcomes, delivery paths, risks, and owners
• Facilitate planning cadences: reviews, dependency checks, decision forums, release readiness
• Maintain view of dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions with timely resolution
• Coordinate security, legal, data, vendor, and procurement milestones at the right delivery stage
• Ensure releases have acceptance criteria, ownership, runbooks, and feedback loops
• Provide reporting on delivery health, adoption, and realized impact
