Figma seeks a Technical Program Manager to join its Technology Services team in a full-time role that can be held from a US hub or remotely in the United States. You will partner with Finance, GTM, Engineering and IT to lead cross-functional programs that scale the business and drive alignment across teams.

You will ensure commitments are met, clear roadblocks are removed, and collaboration is improved by championing the right tools and processes, with a focus on AI and automation adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program and project management experience in a cloud/SaaS environment.
• Ability to guide technical discussions and align stakeholders across teams.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with autonomy and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly cross-functional programs to deliver complex initiatives.
• Manage dependencies and guide technical discussions to ensure timely conversations.
