Job summary

Figma is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Technology Services team. You will partner with Finance, GTM, Engineering and IT to lead cross-functional programs essential to scaling, aligning teams, delivering on commitments and removing roadblocks.

This full-time role can be based from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. You will drive alignment, manage dependencies, anticipate risks, and champion tools and processes while advancing AI and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program and project management in cloud/SaaS settings.
• Ability to dive into technical details and tailor communication.
• Comfort with ambiguity and autonomous work style.
• Proven collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Proficient with project management tools (Asana, GSuite, Zoom, Notion, Figma).
