Job summary

Figma seeks a dedicated engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered support workflows. You will unify customer context across systems and automate complex tasks to improve response quality and efficiency.

You will partner with teams to define requirements, governance, and rollout, ensuring reliable production deployments and measurable impact on outcomes and agent productivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping integrations, automations, or internal tools across customer-facing systems.
• Strong backend skills in languages (Ruby, Python, Go, C++, PostgreSQL) and API/webhook experience.
• Hands-on with LLM-powered workflows, AI automations, or AI-enabled customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate AI-powered workflows to improve Product Support experiences.
• Design and maintain integrations across Decagon, Zendesk, Figma tooling, and data sources.
• Bring customer/account metadata into support conversations for context enrichment.
