Job summary

Figma is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Technology Services team. You will partner with Finance, GTM, Engineering, and IT to lead cross-functional programs that scale, delivering on commitments and removing roadblocks. This role can be held from a US hub or remotely in the United States.

You will champion tools, advancing AI and automation adoption, and shape how teams work together with scalable, repeatable practices while maintaining alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program and project management experience in a cloud/SaaS environment.
• Ability to dive into technical details and tailor communication to different audiences.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity with autonomy and momentum.
