You will partner with Product Owners, data officers, and regulators to report on risk posture and drive innovative risk management solutions.

The role emphasizes leading a diverse team, leveraging AI-assisted approaches to streamline control testing, and delivering executive-ready risk reporting.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory expectations.
• Experience with AI-enabled risk and controls workflows and data sensitivity considerations.
• Familiarity with financial industry regulatory requirements and auditability.
• Ability to influence executive decisions and translate technology insights into business strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and executive reporting.
• Build trusted partnerships with LOB technologists, assessments teams, and data officers.
• Govern controls, policies, issue management, and risk metrics for senior management insights.
• Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to regulatory posture.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted control testing while ensuring auditability and compliance.
