Job summary

Eightfold AI is building the founding sales team for a transformative AI talent acquisition product. This role focuses on evangelizing AI-native hiring, qualifying leads, and running full sales cycles from initial contact to close for small to mid-market accounts.

You'll collaborate with Account Executives, demonstrate AI capabilities, and stay current on generative AI trends while meeting monthly and quarterly targets in a fast-paced Mountain Region environment.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize AI-native hiring to HR and talent leaders.
• Prospect and qualify leads via outbound calls, email, and social selling.
• Conduct live AI demonstrations showing adaptive interviews and capabilities.
• Explain AI advantages and how models deliver better hiring outcomes.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to close for SMB accounts.
• Partner with Account Executives on enterprise deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and build pipeline.
• Become an AI expert and stay current on trends and limitations.
• Gather market intelligence and feed insights to product/marketing teams.
• Maintain pipeline discipline in Salesforce using our methodology.
