You will evaluate emerging AI tech and steer production deployments, including partnerships with OpenAI to scale voice and workflow automation.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering, startup experience, and a builder mindset capable of handling latency, cost, and failure scenarios in production systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, ideally at an early-stage startup.
• Experience deploying and operating LM-based systems in production.
