Job summary
United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a seasoned User Operations specialist to support our post-AGI platform. You will troubleshoot high-impact issues, guide customers via tickets and live calls, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales to improve the customer experience at scale.
This hybrid role requires 8+ years in technical ops, strong SaaS troubleshooting, and Python scripting to automate workflows. U.S.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in User Operations or similar technical roles.
- Experience with SaaS troubleshooting and live incident calls.
- Ability to script with Python and use AI tooling to automate tasks.
- Excellent enterprise communication under high-stakes situations.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work hybrid with early start times and on-call duties.
Responsibilities
- Support public sector customers, including U.S. Government agencies under FedRAMP.
- Become a trusted expert on the company’s products and platform.
- Escalation point and collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot and prevent issues.
- Leverage automation and AI capabilities to improve workflows.
- Drive operational excellence through scalable improvements.
- Provide holiday and weekend on-call support as needed.
