Job summary
United States Digital Space LLC is seeking dedicated, experienced professionals to join our User Operations team, supporting customers as we build post-AGI capabilities. You will handle support tickets and live calls, troubleshoot high-impact issues, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales to deliver a world-class experience.
This role requires bilingual Korean and English, 8+ years in relevant roles, and comfort with AI tools to automate tasks.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in User Operations or related tech roles in fast-growing startups.
- Strong bilingual Korean and English communication.
- Experience with SaaS support and incident management.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers via tickets and live calls.
- Become a trusted expert on the company’s products and platform.
- Escalate and collaborate with Engineering to prevent recurring problems and automate workflows.
- Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to scale support solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency.
- Provide on-call support during holidays and weekends as needed.
