Job summary

Hamilton Lane is seeking an AI Strategy & Operations Associate to help scale our AI initiatives across the firm. You will coordinate program tracking, deliver firm-wide AI training, and manage vendor relationships with a focus on governance, cost controls, and ROI metrics.

You will partner with Innovation leadership and collaborate with Compliance, Technology, Legal, and Engineering to ensure responsible AI adoption while maintaining high standards of operations and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3–5 years in technology program management or operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders in fintech/financial services preferred.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program tracking across embedded AI teams and roadmaps.
• Develop and deliver firm-wide AI training and governance resources.
• Manage relationships with AI technology vendors and monitor usage/costs.
• Provide frontline support for AI-related inquiries and escalation as needed.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Tech, and Engineering on vendor onboarding.
