Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management or similar leadership experience.

• Experience delivering enterprise software, automation platforms, or internal tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic AI programmes across infrastructure operations.
• Build and manage programme roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and governance.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, product, and vendor teams for project delivery.
• Translate business objectives into structured technical programmes with clear ownership.
• Manage programme risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions with readiness and change management.
• Embed governance, validation, and compliance into delivery.
• Measure success via operational improvements and business outcomes.
• Present updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
