Job summary

Alumni Ventures seeks an AI Associate to help shape how teams leverage AI to work smarter and move faster. You will pilot AI-driven workflows across operations, people, finance, and investments, partnering with senior leaders to scale practical AI solutions.

The role blends operations, strategy, and AI, offering broad exposure across the organization and a chance to develop deep hands-on experience in generative AI in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Data Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong scripting skills (Python preferred) with API and automation experience.
• Experience with Gen-AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) and prompt design.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex ideas.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

• Executive & Team Support: assist leaders on high-priority projects and meetings.
• AI Workflow Design & Execution: build and refine AI-driven workflows and toolkits.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with departments to scale AI processes.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: promote AI adoption and experimentation.
