Job summary

RPM International Inc. is seeking an Associate AI Analyst to support the execution of enterprise data and AI strategy and governance. You will assist with training delivery, use case workshops, ROI analysis, and translating business requirements into digital AI solutions.

You will research emerging technologies, build PoCs, and help teams implement AI tools in alignment with organizational policies, reporting to the Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in AI, data analytics, or technology consulting.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in AI strategy, governance frameworks, and related initiatives.
• Lead and support training sessions on AI tools, policies, and best practices.
