Job summary
Hamilton Lane is seeking an AI Strategy & Operations Associate to coordinate program tracking across embedded AI teams, develop firm-wide AI training, and manage relationships with AI technology vendors. This role interfaces with Innovation leadership and collaborates with Compliance, Technology, Legal, and Engineering.
You will monitor platform usage and costs, support governance, and help build self-service resources for AI teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in technology program management or operations.
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams with stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication; translate technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate program tracking across embedded AI teams and roadmaps.
- Develop AI training materials and deliver firm-wide sessions.
- Manage relationships with AI technology vendors and renewals.
- Monitor platform usage and costs; report ROI to leadership.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Engineering on governance.
- Create FAQ and self-service resources for AI support.
