Alumni Ventures is building an AI-first organization and seeks an AI Associate to shape how teams leverage AI to work smarter and faster. You’ll work across operations, strategy, and AI initiatives, piloting AI-driven solutions and scaling workflows that transform how we operate.

This is an expression-of-interest role aimed at building relationships with top AI talent in a fast-growing VC environment. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, data science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Python scripting and API experience.
• Experience with Gen-AI tools and prompt design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; entrepreneurial mindset.
• Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
