Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in business management, operations, project management, product operations, technology governance, or risk and controls.
• Experience coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders with action tracking and status reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear, audience-appropriate updates.
• Analytical skills to interpret usage or operational metrics and investigate variances.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across teams without direct authority.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment on governance, risk, and control requests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release activities by tracking milestones, dependencies, approvals, communications, and risks.
• Support monthly billing operations by preparing usage reporting, investigating variances, and coordinating follow-ups.
• Prepare materials for governance and operating meetings and publish status updates.
• Assist risk, control, compliance, legal, and model risk inquiries by gathering evidence and coordinating responses.
• Triage intake requests, prioritize work with stakeholders, and identify recurring themes to reduce issues.
• Maintain resiliency and runbooks, testing coordination, and follow-up tracking.
• Support access troubleshooting, entitlement reviews, and user issue resolution with platform partners.
• Assist with audit support and information requests with fact-finding and documentation.
• Monitor usage limits, spend controls, and capacity planning; map subscriptions.
• Maintain accurate LLM Suite profile records in internal systems.
