Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technology products, data products, or analytics.
• Demonstrate strong product leadership and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering AI-, analytics-, data-, or insight-driven products.
• Practical understanding of AI, analytics, experimentation, and data products.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear product strategies and customer value.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Strong product and project management skills in an agile environment.
• Experience in healthcare, education, or enterprise software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for AI-enabled analytics across nursing and medical education products.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to simplify analytics, surface insights, improve decision support, and enable personalized experiences.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product strategies, requirements, and experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment by communicating product strategy, priorities, decisions, and tradeoffs.
• Establish measures of success including adoption, usability, customer impact, and business outcomes.
• Use feedback, analytics, and data to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Champion responsible AI with focus on quality, privacy, transparency, and trust.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and support agile planning and delivery.
