Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager to define and execute AI, ML, and GenAI services strategy from roadmap to delivery. You will lead programs focusing on automation, NLP, CV, time series, and data-centric AI, collaborating with senior leaders to drive client impact from idea to pilot to program.

You will build relationships between Deloitte and clients, architect novel AI solutions, and guide teams across data science, engineering, and solution architecture to ensure successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field.
• 10+ years of AI/ML technology and services experience.
• 10+ years programming background with ML, NLP, GenAI/LLMs.
• 6+ years leading technical teams delivering AI/ML workloads.
• 5+ years delivering solutions with stakeholder relationship development.

• Go-to-Market: position Deloitte as a provider for novel AI solutions.
• Engage clients to accelerate AI/GenAI adoption and value creation.
• Lead technical and go-to-market activities with partners and clients.
• Mentor and grow the AI and data science team; manage projects and programs.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for AI/ML and GenAI implementations.
• Deliver interdisciplinary team work to achieve deployment objectives.
