Job summary

Deloitte’s SFL Scientific, a Deloitte Business, is expanding its AI leadership team in the Bay Area. The Senior Manager will define and execute strategy for AI, ML, and GenAI services—from strategic alignment to full-scale delivery—and lead a cross-disciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and solution architects.

You will drive go-to-market activities, shape client engagements from idea to pilot to program, and mentor analysts while delivering measurable, data-driven results for clients

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in AI/ML technology and services.
• 10+ years programming background with ML, NLP, GenAI/LLMs.
• 6+ years in managing technical teams and delivery.
• 5+ years in solution delivery with clients and proposals.
• Strong ability to translate technical value to executives.
• Willingness to travel ~10% and reside within commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for AI, ML, and GenAI services.
• Lead an interdisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and architects.
• Drive go-to-market activities and client engagement from idea to program.
• Mentor and develop team members and oversee delivery quality.
• Identify high-value client problems and build technical roadmaps.
