Job summary

Deloitte Consulting is seeking an experienced Manager and Technical Architect to lead high-quality technical work and mentor teams across on-site and offshore delivery. You will drive end-to-end architecture for full-stack applications and champion modern patterns such as microservices, serverless, and event-driven design.

Demonstrated expertise in AI/GenAI solutions, cloud platforms, and governance is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in full stack software engineering including architecture and leadership
• Experience frontend with Angular, React, or Next.js and JS/TS/HTML/CSS in large-scale apps
• Backend services with Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot)
• Designing REST APIs, microservices, or serverless architectures in production environments
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB)
• Proficient in Git, Azure DevOps or equivalent, and container-based deployments
• Experience deploying on AWS, Azure, or GCP and automated testing/CI/CD practices
• Knowledge of GenAI/AI capabilities and enterprise integration

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for full-stack applications across frontend, backend, APIs, data, cloud, and integration layers
• Provide technical leadership including architecture reviews, code reviews, and governance
• Mentor and guide junior to senior developers to foster quality, learning, and collaboration
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Drive CI/CD, testing strategies, and deployment practices across cloud-native environments
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive mitigation across delivery teams
• Partner with leadership on technical roadmap, modernization, and platform evolution
