Job summary

Deloitte is expanding its SFL Scientific practice and seeks a Senior Manager to lead AI/GenAI strategy and delivery. You will work with senior leaders to define services from idea to pilot, build roadmaps, and guide interdisciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, and architects to real-world deployments.

Responsibilities include driving go-to-market AI initiatives, engaging clients, mentoring staff, and shaping the practice’s growth while traveling ~10% and living near Deloitte offices.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field.
• 10+ years AI/ML technology experience including new programs/tools.
• 10+ years programming with ML, NLP, GenAI/LLMs and governance.
• 6+ years leading technical teams and delivering AI/ML workloads.
• 5+ years in solution delivery with stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Willingness to travel ~10% and live within commuting distance of Deloitte offices.

• Manage an interdisciplinary team to achieve deployment objectives.
• Set team objectives, structure, and oversee execution.
• Coach and mentor team members and support growth.
