Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Senior Associate, AI Strategy, to build and ship AI agent and skill systems on the platform. You will work hands-on with senior engineers and partners to deliver production-ready AI components and evolve the organization’s AI standards.

Responsibilities include designing AI workflows, integrating models, and contributing to end-to-end SDLC for AI systems, with a focus on collaboration across Product, Data Science, and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on exposure to AI/ML systems (LLMs, agents, RAG, or applied AI).
• Experience deploying AI-powered features or services in production or near-production.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with at least one additional language (Java or TypeScript); experience with AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agent systems and workflows, including model integrations and new components.
• Develop AI-native platform capabilities like agent orchestration, retrieval pipelines, and monitoring tooling.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Delivery teams to clarify requirements and deliver priorities.
