Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an AI Sales Engineer to help enterprise clients understand how AI can address business challenges and create value. You will lead discovery, shape compelling solution narratives and demonstrate AI offerings through engaging demos and presentations.

You will translate client priorities into valuable AI capabilities, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, and help move conversations toward qualified opportunities and proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing technical sales, solutions engineering, consulting or AI-focused role.
• Ability to present to clients and translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Working knowledge of AI, generative AI, data, cloud or digital transformation solutions.
• Strong discovery, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate across sales, delivery and technical teams.
• Experience with enterprise AI or agentic AI opportunities is valued.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI products or services.
• Experience developing demonstrations, proposals or sales materials for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations to identify business goals and AI use cases.
• Present AI solutions to executive and technical audiences and map to outcomes.
• Develop demonstrations, presentations and solution narratives with SMEs.
• Translate client needs into recommended next steps for proposals.
• Support progression of opportunities with accurate CRM records and clear next steps.
• Contribute to reusable materials and improve AI capabilities communications.
