Job summary

Publicis Groupe in Boston seeks an Associate Director, Digital Product Management – AI Orchestration to drive AI-enabled transformation across agency operations and client projects. You will lead cross‑functional teams to design and deliver AI agents and orchestrations, combining technical strategy with business outcomes.

You’ll mentor teams, manage complex requirements, and stay ahead of generative AI and MarTech trends to optimize processes and client value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology roles, with cross‑functional development experience in agile environments.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business or Technology related field preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI, ML, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms and the digital marketing/advertising tech landscape.
• Proven capability in system/business analysis and driving product development from ideation to launch.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Digitas AI team to internal partners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver AI solutions for agency functions like Strategy, Data & Analysis, Media, and Experience Design.
• Drive discovery and delivery of AI-powered projects using our generative AI platform.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable tasks.
• Collaborate with SMEs and engineers to ideate, develop, and launch new agents and experiences.
• Provide hands‑on technical oversight, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving for new features.
• Shape intake, planning, and delivery processes to be scalable and impactful.
• Build rollout, training, support, and maintenance processes.
• Stay current with generative AI and MarTech to inform best practices.
