• Fluency in legal technology and AI (GenAI/LLMs) and ability to translate capabilities into practical use cases.
• Strong executive presence; lead presentations and conversations on complex topics for non-technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of large law business models, operations, and client expectations.
• Collaborative mindset to work across practice groups and business teams.
• Highly organized and adaptable; manage multiple priorities using data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive firm’s client-facing AI strategy and messaging in client meetings, RFPs, pitches, and industry events.
• Monitor AI market developments and align firm strategy with evolving client expectations.
• Partner with practice groups, clients, and cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative AI solutions for legal services.
• Develop and implement customized AI workflows, tools, and playbooks for legal teams to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Support training sessions and identify skill gaps to enable adoption of new technologies.
• Assess information resources and tools to ensure alignment with innovation strategy, operations, and compliance.
