You will own front-end engagement with practice groups and departments, translating business needs into technology solutions and guiding high-impact AI-enabled opportunities from discovery to delivery. The role emphasizes collaboration with IS, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering high‑quality service across internal teams, clients, and vendors

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder service orientation and ability to build effective relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of law firm technology, AI, and legal workflows.
• Ability to translate needs into IT requirements and develop business cases.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to use technology and AI-enabled solutions to improve legal practice workflows.
• Facilitate prioritization, assess options, and estimate ROI for opportunities.
• Establish regular engagement routines with legal and business units to understand priorities.
• Communicate technology strategy, plans, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and IS.
• Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and document reviews.
• Prepare functional and system design specifications for IS development.
• Coordinate with IS and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive adoption.
