WilmerHale, a leading international law firm, seeks a Business Relationship Manager to drive AI-enabled technology opportunities and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across legal practice groups and business departments.

The role focuses on owning front-end engagement, scoping opportunities, developing business cases, and ensuring delivery aligns with firm priorities and workflows.

Qualifikationen

• JD strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
• Significant knowledge of law firm technology, AI, and legal workflows.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in legal technology or law firm operations.

Aufgaben

• Identify opportunities to use technology, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve legal workflows.
• Prioritize opportunities with stakeholders, assess options, and estimate ROI.
• Establish regular engagement with legal and business departments to surface needs and track opportunities.
• Communicate technology strategy, plans, and status to stakeholders; advocate for needs.
• Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
• Translate business needs into IT requirements and create functional specs for IS.
• Define and validate system requirements with stakeholders and IS.
• Coordinate training and adoption, measure outcomes, and drive improvements.
• Act as liaison between legal stakeholders, technology teams, and support groups.
