NiCE is seeking an AI Product Strategy professional who will shape conversational agents powering high-volume live interactions. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to translate business requirements into high-performing AI agents.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on design, requiring both business acumen and technical depth to partner effectively with engineers and PMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent experience in CS/IS or related field.
• MBA or business-technology experience is advantageous.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects and rally cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate at the crossroads of AI product strategy, (pre) sales and customer success.
• Define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents for high-volume live interactions.
• Bridge technical and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Shape agent behavior through design, product intuition, and performance data.
• Surface data-driven actions to improve customer outcomes and internal decisions.
