Job summary

NiCE is seeking an experienced professional to architect and operate production-grade AI agents that drive enterprise growth. You will own the complete lifecycle from pilot to deployment, collaborating with decision-makers at leading companies to solve high-priority challenges with agentic AI.

You will shape the platform and tooling roadmap, push the boundaries with new voice models, and work with top engineers and CX teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale.
• With a natural builder's mentality with high personal agency, you default to finding solutions and shipping them.
• Startup founder or early engineer experience is highly valued, you understand the tradeoffs between speed, quality, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver production-ready conversational AI agents that sit at the core of the business and directly fuel company growth.
• Own the entire AI agent lifecycle from pilot through launch and refinement.
• Collaborate directly with decision-makers at leading enterprises to tackle high-priority challenges with agentic AI.
• Shape the evolution of the platform, tools, and product roadmap through field learnings.
• Push the boundaries with emerging voice models and their enterprise deployments.
