Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS or related field.
- MBA or equivalent experience combining technology and business ops is advantageous.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- History of rallying cross-functional teams toward delivery in demanding environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to customers for AI initiatives adoption.
- Convert business requirements into well-designed, high-performing AI agents.
- Lead delivery across multiple concurrent, complex agent projects with visibility.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout development.
- Shape agent behavior via conversational design, product intuition, and data.
- Surface data-driven actions and iterations to sharpen outcomes.
