Qualifications
- 5–10+ years in management consulting or transformation strategy
- Experience engaging VP/Director level across CX, Operations, Technology
- Proven ability to scope, build, and ship AI or conversational AI products
- Strong senior program capabilities including building business cases and securing sponsorship
- Technical fluency with product architecture and conversational design
Responsibilities
- Define AI transformation roadmaps tied to measurable business outcomes
- Build agentic experiences using NiCE's platform to scale enterprise CX
- Lead multiple complex agent development projects with milestones and ownership
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across the full lifecycle of agent development
- Translate strategic goals into agent architecture decisions and orchestrated workflows
