Job summary

Nebius is hiring a Startup Program Manager (Lead) to build and run a world-class AI-native startup program. You will manage day-to-day operations, onboard early-stage founders, and deploy them on Nebius.

This highly cross‑functional role spans ecosystem, product, sales, and customer success, with opportunities to contribute to higher-level strategy as you grow. Remote work from the United States is welcome.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across venture capital, corporate venture programs, startup‑facing GTM, or investment roles.
• Experience founding, running, or supporting a startup, venture, or ecosystem program, ideally in tech, fintech, or AI.
• Direct experience engaging with VC firms and portfolio companies: building referral relationships and driving portfolio penetration.
• Comfort operating across technical and commercial conversations, including credit or investment milestones.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Product, or Customer Success teams.
• Data-driven approach, with comfort tracking pipeline, funnel, and retention metrics.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with founders, investors, and technical teams; clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage startup relationships with portfolio companies and VC firms.
• Lead referral workflows and structured outreach to increase portfolio penetration.
• Run technical clinics and enablement sessions for VC-backed startups.
• Represent Nebius as a partner within venture ecosystems to founders and investors.
• Be the primary contact for founders in the program from onboarding to production deployment.
• Support stage-based engagement models guiding startups from experimentation to scale.
• Apply structured credit frameworks aligned to milestones in the program.
• Provide guidance on GPU usage, training optimization, and inference best practices.
