Job summary

Nebius is building AI infrastructure across the Americas and is seeking a Development Manager to lead projects from executed agreements through construction readiness. You will coordinate with Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery to turn acquisitions into development-ready programs.

You’ll help write development standards and governance, manage budgets and schedules, and drive risk management to ensure scalable, repeatable execution across

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center development, industrial development, infrastructure development, land development, or mission-critical projects.
• Experience managing permitting, entitlement, utility coordination, consultant management, and development planning activities.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and pre-construction planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI infrastructure projects from executed agreement through construction readiness.
• Own integrated development roadmaps, schedules, budgets, milestones, and the pre-construction risk register.
• Coordinate permitting, entitlement, utility planning, infrastructure planning, and owner obligations.
• Recommend Go/No-Go decisions as projects advance through milestones.
• Deliver development-ready projects to Delivery with complete documentation and minimized risk.
• Serve as primary development interface across Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery.
