Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Strategic Initiatives team. You will collaborate with product, engineering, legal and finance to lead technical product programs across the business.

Your responsibilities include owning initiatives end-to-end, coordinating with multiple teams, proactively managing cross-functional risks, and producing core planning documents and communication materials to support launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme management or technical product management across cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of owning complex launches with multiple teams.
• Hands-on approach to organizing, delivering, and not just tracking progress.
• Ability to resolve ambiguity and drive decisions to completion.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, billing or regulated commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives end-to-end: scope, sequencing, dependencies, decisions.
• Partner with product, engineering, legal, finance, sales, marketing and operations on strategic initiatives.
• Identify and elevate cross-functional risks before impact to delivery.
• Create and maintain core planning docs: PRDs, rollback plans, launch communications, risk logs and analytics.
• Lead stakeholder communications, updates, enablement, training and marketing coordination.

The role

We seek an experienced Senior Technical Program Managerjoin the Strategic Initiatives team. In this role, you will be collaborating with various departments including, product, engineering, legal andfinance, leading technical product programs for the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own initiatives end-to-end, including scope, sequencing, dependency tracking and decision unblocking.

• Partner with product, engineering, legal, finance/SOX, sales, marketing and operations to deliver strategic initiatives.

• Proactively identify, communicate and elevate cross-functional risks before they affect delivery or launch.

• Create and maintain core planning documents, including PRDs, rollback plans, launch communications, risk logs and analytics.

• Lead stakeholder communications, including regular updates, field-team enablement, support training, marketing coordination and supporting materials.

• Report progress, risks, dependencies and blockers to initiative sponsors and the Strategic Initiatives Lead.

We expect you to have:

• Strong experience in programme management, technical product management or a similar cross-functional delivery role.

• A proven track record of owning complex launches involving coordination across multiple teams.

• A hands-on approach, with the ability to organise, manage and deliver the work rather than only track progress.

• The ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information, resolve ambiguity and drive decisions through to completion.

• Experience working in cloud infrastructure, billing or another regulated commercial environment.
