This is a ground-floor opportunity where you’ll shape our playbook, manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment, and grow with evolving AI technologies.

You’ll partner with Sales, join client meetings, support proposals, onboard clients, and provide ongoing support across on-site, remote, and phone channels while staying current on AI

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required; a business degree with a technology interest is a plus.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging tech; you follow it because you want to.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to identify where AI adds real value for clients.
• Join meetings and demos to translate AI capabilities into business value.
• Support proposals and pre-sales questions in plain language.
• Lead onboarding sessions and get clients confident with AI tools.
• Adapt communication style to IT teams and front-office staff.
• Maintain solid documentation for every client engagement.
• Serve as daily contact for clients via phone, email, remote, and on-site.
• Troubleshoot AI issues and loop in vendors or internal teams.
• Follow up until issues are resolved and clients are satisfied.
• Stay current on AI trends and share knowledge with the team.
• Drive AI adoption internally by supporting department heads.
• Bring client feedback to leadership to drive improvements.
