Ascentek in Golden Valley, MN seeks an Applied AI Analyst to enable, deploy, and drive adoption of AI solutions within the IT Platforms & Integrations team. You will document detailed requirements and lead rollout, enablement, and ongoing adoption across business units.

You will coach users to build AI agents (Copilot Studio) using governed data in Microsoft Fabric, and you will partner with engineering to ensure solution feasibility and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in business analysis or solutions/enablement translating business needs into detailed requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio (or comparable AI tooling).
• Working experience with a modern data/BI platform (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or similar) and understanding data models.
• Experience enabling or coaching business users to adopt new tools or solutions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the business analyst for new AI solutions, eliciting and documenting requirements and acceptance criteria for handoff to engineering.
• Own deployment and adoption: coordinate UAT, plan rollout, enable users, and develop enablement materials.
• Enable and coach business teams to build AI agents, preferably in Microsoft Copilot Studio, leveraging governed data in Fabric warehouse.
• Build reference agents and prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and accelerate adoption.
• Collaborate with Data Engineer and IT Platforms Architect to ensure well-modeled, governed Fabric data.
• Identify high-value AI/automation use cases and champion responsible AI.
