Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a Practice Director to lead the AI Solutions Practice, guiding architects, enabling sales and delivery teams, and shaping go-to-market initiatives across cloud, data center, networking, and security. You will scale offerings and partner programs to drive customer outcomes.

The role requires a strong background in technology leadership, client engagement, and solution architecture, with a focus on AI-enabled enterprise solutions. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in technology consulting, presales, solution architecture, or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and coaching/ readiness.
• Experience supporting go-to-market plans and partner strategies.
• Strong understanding of AI market and enterprise tech domains.
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Presales Leadership to drive strategic vision and go-to-market for the AI solutions practice.
• Translate priorities into programs, enablement plans, and objectives to grow the business.
• Lead technically while coaching teams to ensure readiness and excellence.
• Drive enablement across sales, presales, and delivery to grow pipeline and customer success.
• Act as escalation point for complex opportunities and strategic engagements.
• Collaborate with sales, services, and partners to enable growth and market execution.
• Develop offerings, methodologies, and sales plays aligned with customer needs.
• Maintain relationships with technology partners and OEMs for joint initiatives.
