Zones, LLC is seeking a Practice Director to partner with the Presales Leadership Team and drive the AI Solutions Practice. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical mentoring to scale offerings across Cloud, Networking, Security, and Digital Workplace.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in technology leadership, 5+ years leading technical teams, and strong go-to-market experience. This executive role offers exposure to global clients and a broad partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in technology consulting, presales, solution architecture, or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading technical teams such as Practice Architects or solution architects.
• Experience supporting go-to-market plans, service offerings, and partner strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Presales Leadership to support AI solutions practice growth and strategy.
• Translate priorities into programs, enablement plans, and objectives for business growth.
• Lead technically while mentoring teams to maintain excellence and readiness.
• Drive enablement across sales, presales, and delivery to grow pipeline.
• Act as escalation point for complex opportunities and strategic engagements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partners to execute go-to-market initiatives.
• Develop offerings, methodologies, and sales plays aligned with market demand.
