Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a GTM Program Manager – AI Solutions to lead development and execution of go-to-market strategies for AI offerings in the US. You will work across marketing, sales, and category teams to drive pipeline growth and ensure successful launches and campaign delivery.

The role requires 5–10 years in GTM or related roles, with enterprise tech/AI experience preferred, and involves 25% travel. This is a full-time position based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in GTM, marketing, or business operations roles.
• Experience in enterprise technology, AI, or advanced compute preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development of GTM plans aligned with AI priorities and translate strategy into actionable execution plans.
• Drive day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams and coordinate launch readiness activities.
• Define customer segments, personas, and value propositions; map customer journeys.
• Assist in execution of integrated marketing campaigns and enablement content.
• Track GTM KPIs, contribute to reporting and dashboards, and support budget tracking.
