Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a GTM Program Manager for AI Solutions within ACS to guide go-to-market strategy, translate executive direction into actionable plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and category. You will focus on pipeline growth, launch readiness, and campaign delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field and 5–10 years in GTM or marketing in enterprise tech, with AI experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of GTM, marketing, or business operations experience.
• Enterprise technology, AI, or advanced compute experience preferred.
• Experience in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support development of GTM plans aligned with AI priorities and translate strategy into execution plans.
• Drive day-to-day coordination across Marketing, Sales, Category, and Operations.
• Define customer segments, personas, and value propositions by segment.
• Assist in execution of integrated marketing campaigns and enablement content.
• Track GTM KPIs, campaign ROI, and support budget tracking and vendor engagement.
