Job summary

Zamp.ai seeks an AI Solution Manager (ASM) / General Manager (GM) to own Enterprise customers end-to-end with full P&L responsibility. You’ll be accountable for revenue targets, customer success, and operational excellence - essentially running your own business within Zamp.

This role operates in a pod-based model overseen by a GM with significant autonomy. You’ll work closely with the founding team, have authority to hire your team, and chart the path to hitting your numbers in a fast-growing,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience owning outcomes (revenue, delivery, or CS) in management, strategy, consulting, or startup environments.
• High ownership mindset; you don’t wait for permission or pass problems upstream.
• Excellent analytical skills; data-driven decisions at speed.
• Outstanding communication; ability to pitch, rally, and present to CXOs.
• Experience building and managing teams; you attract talent and develop people.
• Understand AI/automation and its impact on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own a P&L and be the CEO of your pod with revenue/contract targets.
• Drive exceptional customer experience from pitch through renewals.
• Be embedded with customers on-site when needed to unblock progress.
• Lead your pod to ensure high-quality execution and healthy economics.
• Partner with Product to translate needs into roadmap priorities.
• Contribute to company strategy as a member of the leadership team.
