Job summary

Podium is seeking a senior leader to guide enterprise automotive customers in deploying AI across operations, driving measurable outcomes in sales and service.

You will partner with dealer group executives, translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, and scale adoption across locations while maintaining customer retention and growth. Travel 15–20% is required; prior experience in management consulting or enterprise solutions is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise client engagements in management consulting, technology transformation, or customer success.
• Proven track record of delivering business outcomes through AI initiatives.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
