Podium seeks a senior leader to guide the enterprise AI program for automotive customers, driving adoption, retention, and growth across locations. You will work with dealer group executives to define AI roadmaps, translate priorities into executable plans, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise client engagements (management consulting, technology transformation, enterprise solutions, or customer success).
• Track record of building and growing high-performing teams with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with senior decision makers.
• Analytical and commercial judgment; ability to link product adoption to operational performance and growth.
• Practical understanding of AI capabilities and limitations in business workflows.
• Experience delivering complex programs across multiple stakeholders or locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team serving Podium’s enterprise automotive customers, setting priorities and ensuring adoption and growth.
• Advise executives on where AI can improve operations; translate priorities into practical plans with milestones.
• Lead discovery into sales and service workflows; define changes for AI value delivery.
• Oversee AI deployments across locations; coordinate readiness, rollout, and training.
• Build a compelling business case for AI and demonstrate measurable results.
